surah Yasin aya 30 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿يَا حَسْرَةً عَلَى الْعِبَادِ ۚ مَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ﴾
[ يس: 30]
36:30 How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAlas for those servants who denied, and how regretful will their situation be on the day of resurrection when they will see the punishment.
That is because in the world, whenever any Messenger from Allah came to them, they used to mock at and ridicule him.
Their outcome will therefore be regret on the day of resurrection for the neglect of their duty to Allah.

Ah! Alas for (My) Servants! There comes not a messenger to them but they mock him!
