surah Waqiah aya 33 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَّا مَقْطُوعَةٍ وَلَا مَمْنُوعَةٍ﴾
[ الواقعة: 33]
56:33 Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThey will never finish, because they are not seasonal, nor will there be anything that comes in between their desire for them at any time.

Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off,

La maqtooAAatin wala mamnooAAatin

Whose season is not limited, nor (supply) forbidden,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Whose supply is not cut off nor are they out of reach.
