﴿فَتَوَلَّىٰ بِرُكْنِهِ وَقَالَ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ﴾
[ الذاريات: 39]
51:39 But he turned away with his supporters and said," A magician or a madman."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishBut Pharaoh turned away from the truth, and he said regarding Moses ( peace be upon him ): “He is a magician that does magic on people or a madman who says what he does not understand”.

But [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] turned away (from Belief in might) along with his hosts, and said: "A sorcerer, or a madman."
