Verse 46 from surah An-Nahl

﴿أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِي تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ﴾
[ النحل: 46]

English - Sahih International

16:46 Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure?

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Or that the punishment will not afflict them whilst they are going about on their journeys and in their quest for earnings.
They will not escape nor protect themselves from it.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

Or that He may catch them in the midst of their going to and fro (in their jobs), so that there be no escape for them (from Allah's Punishment)?

Aw yakhuthahum fee taqallubihim fama hum bimuAAjizeena

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

Or that He may not call them to account in the midst of their goings to and fro, without a chance of their frustrating Him?-

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Or that He may punish them in the midst of their going to and fro (in their livelihood), so that there be no escape for them (from Allah's punishment)
