Verse 47 from surah Al-Anbiya

﴿وَنَضَعُ الْمَوَازِينَ الْقِسْطَ لِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ فَلَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَيْئًا ۖ وَإِن كَانَ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّةٍ مِّنْ خَرْدَلٍ أَتَيْنَا بِهَا ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِنَا حَاسِبِينَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 47]

English - Sahih International

21:47 And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

I shall establish fair scales for the rising people to weigh their deeds with.
On that day, no soul shall be wronged by having its good deeds decreased, or bad deeds increased.
Even if the weighed deed is minute, like the weight equal to a mustard seed, I shall include it.
I Myself am sufficient to take the deeds of My servants into account.

And We shall set up balances of justice on the Day of Resurrection, then none will be dealt with unjustly in anything. And if there be the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it. And Sufficient are We as Reckoners.

We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of Judgment, so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least, and if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account.

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

And We shall set up Balances of justice on the Day of Resurrection, then none will be dealt with unjustly in anything. And if there be the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it. And sufficient are We to take account.

And We set the scales even in Day of Judgement admitting of no deviation and We judge with absolute justice and accordingly no soul shall ever be wronged in the least. Every deed, good or bad, will We present with precision even if it be as light or as little as a mustard seed. Enough are We in putting the law in execution

(21:47) On the Day of Resurrection, We will set up just and accurate balances so that no one will be wronged in the least in anyway; even if it be an act equal in weight to a grain of mustard seed, We will bring it forth (to be weighed) and We suffice for reckoning. *48

Anyhow it is clear that the "Balance" will weigh accurately all the human moral deeds instead of material things, and will help judge whether a man is virtuous or wicked and how much. The Qur'an has used this word to make mankind understand that every deed, good or bad, will be weighed and judged according to merit.

قیامت کے روز ہم ٹھیک ٹھیک تولنے والے ترازو رکھ دیں گے، پھر کسی شخص پر ذرہ برابر ظلم نہ ہو گا جس کا رائی کے دانے کے برابر بھی کچھ کیا دھرا ہو گا وہ ہم سامنے لے آئیں گے اور حساب لگانے کے لیے ہم کافی ہیں
