﴿فَكَذَّبُوهُمَا فَكَانُوا مِنَ الْمُهْلَكِينَ﴾
[ المؤمنون: 48]
23:48 So they denied them and were of those destroyed.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSo they rejected whatever message they brought to them from Allah.
And because of their rejection, they were destroyed by drowning.

Fakaththaboohuma fakanoo mina almuhlakeena
