surah Shuara aya 5 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّنَ الرَّحْمَٰنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 5]
26:5 And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhenever any new reminder that is revealed by the Merciful to these idolaters, which contain His arguments that indicate His Oneness and the truth of His prophet, they turn away from listening to it and accepting it.

And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom.

But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom.
