surah Al-Haqqah aya 5 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِالطَّاغِيَةِ﴾
[ الحاقة: 5]
69:5 So as for Thamud, they were destroyed by the overpowering [blast].

These words describe different aspects of the same calamity.
