﴿صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ﴾
[ البقرة: 18]
2:18 Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return [to the right path].
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThey are deaf: unable to hear and accept the truth, or speak about it.
They are blind to seeing the truth, so they do not turn back from their error.
