surah Qasas aya 51 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿۞ وَلَقَدْ وَصَّلْنَا لَهُمُ الْقَوْلَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ﴾
[ القصص: 51]
28:51 And We have [repeatedly] conveyed to them the Qur'an that they might be reminded.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI continuously conveyed to the idolaters and the Jews amongst the People of the Book the word regarding the stories of the previous nations and the punishment I sent down on them when they denied My Messengers, in the hope that they will be reminded by this and then believe, so that they are not afflicted by what afflicted them.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And indeed now We have conveyed the Word (this Quran in which is the news of everything to them), in order that they may remember (or receive admonition).

Walaqad wassalna lahumu alqawla laAAallahum yatathakkaroona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Now have We caused the Word to reach them themselves, in order that they may receive admonition.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And indeed now We have conveyed the Word to them, in order that they may remember.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
28:51 And We have [repeatedly] conveyed to them the Qur'an that they might translate in arabic

We have already imparted to them the divine knowledge to guide then into all truth that they may hopefully lift to Allah their inward sight and keep Him in mind

(28:51) And We have conveyed to them the admonition over and over again so that they may take heed. *71
And We have [repeatedly] conveyed to them the Qur'an that they might meaning
*71) That is, "As far as conveying of the admonition is concerned, we have done full justice to it in the Qur'an in the best way. But guidance is attained only by him who gives up stubbornness and frees his heart from prejudices and is inclined to accept the Truth willingly and sincerely."
