﴿رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ﴾

38:66 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd He is the Lord of the heavens, the Lord of the earth and Lord of whatever is in between them.
And He is Mighty in His kingdom, with nobody to overpower Him, and He is Forgiving of the sins of His servants who repent to Him”.
