﴿إِذِ الْأَغْلَالُ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ وَالسَّلَاسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ﴾
[ غافر: 71]
40:71 When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
