surah Hajj aya 75 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿اللَّهُ يَصْطَفِي مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا وَمِنَ النَّاسِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ﴾
[ الحج: 75]
22:75 Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah, may He be glorified, selects messengers from the Angels and the people also.
He sends some of the Angels to the prophets, like Gabriel, who He sent to the human messengers; and He also sends human messengers to common people.
Indeed, Allah hears what the idolaters say regarding His messengers and is insightful of who He selects to convey His message.
