surah Raad aya 8 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَحْمِلُ كُلُّ أُنثَىٰ وَمَا تَغِيضُ الْأَرْحَامُ وَمَا تَزْدَادُ ۖ وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ عِندَهُ بِمِقْدَارٍ﴾
[ الرعد: 8]
13:8 Allah knows what every female carries and what the wombs lose [prematurely] or exceed. And everything with Him is by due measure.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah knows what every female bears in her womb.
He knows everything about it.
He knows about any shrinking, swelling, health or illness that occurs in the womb.
By Him, may He be glorified, everything is determined with a measure that will neither decrease nor increase.

Allah doth know what every female (womb) doth bear, by how much the wombs fall short (of their time or number) or do exceed. Every single thing is before His sight, in (due) proportion.

(13:8) Allah knows what every female bears in her womb: He is fully aware of what is taking shape in the womb and also what decrease or increase occurs therein. *17 Everything has its fixed measure with Him.
