﴿مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ ۖ وَمَا هِيَ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ بِبَعِيدٍ﴾
[ هود: 83]
11:83 Marked from your Lord. And Allah 's punishment is not from the wrongdoers [very] far.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThese stones were marked by Allah with a special sign, and they are not far away from the wrongdoers of the Quraysh and others.
Instead, it is near and will come down on them when Allah decrees it to come down.
