surah Anbiya aya 89 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَزَكَرِيَّا إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 89]
21:89 And [mention] Zechariah, when he called to his Lord, "My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while you are the best of inheritors."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO Messenger! Also mention the story of Zechariah ( peace be upon him ), when he prayed to his Lord saying, “O my Lord! Do not leave me alone without any children.
You are the best of the living, so grant me a child that lives after me.
”
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And (remember) Zakariya (Zachariah), when he cried to his Lord: "O My Lord! Leave me not single (childless), though You are the Best of the inheritors."

Wazakariyya ith nada rabbahu rabbi la tatharnee fardan waanta khayru alwaritheena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And (remember) Zakariya, when he cried to his Lord: "O my Lord! leave me not without offspring, though thou art the best of inheritors."
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And (remember) Zakariyya, when he cried to his Lord: "O My Lord! Leave me not single (childless), though You are the Best of the inheritors."

When it comes to inheritance You are indeed the Only and the best heir Who shall inherit the whole and all in all
