E coloro che la vigilia si auguravano di essere al posto suo, - sura Al-Qasas Versetto 82

﴿وَأَصْبَحَ الَّذِينَ تَمَنَّوْا مَكَانَهُ بِالْأَمْسِ يَقُولُونَ وَيْكَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ ۖ لَوْلَا أَن مَّنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا لَخَسَفَ بِنَا ۖ وَيْكَأَنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ﴾
[ القصص: 82]

E coloro che la vigilia si auguravano di essere al posto suo, dissero: “Ah! È ben evidente che Allah concede con larghezza o lesina a chi vuole tra i Suoi servi. Se Allah non ci avesse favorito, certamente ci avrebbe fatto sprofondare. Ah! È ben evidente che i miscredenti non prospereranno”.

E quelli che desideravano il denaro e l`ornamento che egli possedeva, prima che sporfondasse, dissero, terrorizzati e dissuasi: " Non sapevamo forse che Allāh estende il sostentamento ai Suoi sudditi che vuole , e ne priva chi vuole?! Se non fosse per la Sua benevolenza nei nostri confronti, astenendosi dal punirci per ciò che abbiamo detto, ci avrebbe fatti sprofondare così come ha fatto sprofondare Ǭārūn: In verità, i miscredenti non trionfano, né in vita né nell`Aldilà; al contrario, il loro destino e il loro esito è la sconfitta in entrambi".

Portuguese Translation - Helmy Nasr

E os que, na véspera, anelaram sua posição, amanheceram dizendo: Seguramente, Allah prodigaliza o sustento a quem quer, de Seus servos, e restringe-o. Se Allah não nos houvesse feito mercê, haveria feito a terra engolir-nos. Seguramente, os renegadores da Fé não são bem-aventurados.

82. Y al amanecer, quienes el día anterior habían deseado estar en su lugar empezaron a decir: «Al-lah otorga con generosidad Su provisión a quien quiere de entre Sus siervos y la restringe a quien quiere. Si Al-lah no nos hubiese agraciado, habría hecho que la tierra nos tragase también a nosotros. Quienes rechazan la verdad no triunfarán».

English - Sahih International

And those who had wished for his position the previous day began to say, "Oh, how Allah extends provision to whom He wills of His servants and restricts it! If not that Allah had conferred favor on us, He would have caused it to swallow us. Oh, how the disbelievers do not succeed!"
