﴿وَالْمُرْسَلَاتِ عُرْفًا﴾
[ المرسلات: 1]
77:1 By those [winds] sent forth in gusts
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah takes an oath on the constant winds, like the mane of a horse.

By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another.

By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit);

By the Mursalat `Urfa.
