﴿لَّا ظَلِيلٍ وَلَا يُغْنِي مِنَ اللَّهَبِ﴾
[ المرسلات: 31]
77:31 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English“There is no coolness of shade in it, nor does it stop the flares of the hellfire or its heat from reaching you.

"Neither shading, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire."

La thaleelin wala yughnee mina allahabi
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
"Neither shady nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire."
