surah Anbiya aya 100 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَهُمْ فِيهَا لَا يَسْمَعُونَ﴾
[ الأنبياء: 100]
21:100 For them therein is heavy sighing, and they therein will not hear.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishDue to the severity of torture they shall face, they shall wail and breathe sharply.
They will not be able to hear sounds due to the immense horrific torment that will afflict them.

Therein breathing out with deep sighs and roaring will be their portion, and therein they will hear not.

Lahum feeha zafeerun wahum feeha la yasmaAAoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else).
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Therein they will be breathing out with deep sighs and roaring and therein they will hear not.
