surah TaHa aya 125 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِي أَعْمَىٰ وَقَدْ كُنتُ بَصِيرًا﴾
[ طه: 125]
20:125 He will say, "My Lord, why have you raised me blind while I was [once] seeing?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThis person will say: “O Lord, why did you raise me blind today when I could see in the world?”

He will say:"O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)."

Qala rabbi lima hashartanee aAAma waqad kuntu baseeran
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
He will say: "O my Lord! why hast Thou raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
He will say: "O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)."
