﴿وَثَمُودُ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ وَأَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ الْأَحْزَابُ﴾

38:13 And [the tribe of] Thamud and the people of Lot and the companions of the thicket. Those are the companies.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd Thamud, the people of Lot and the people of Shu’ayb denied.
Those are the groups who were all united in their denial of the messengers and disbelief of what they brought.
