surah Hijr aya 14 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَوْ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَابًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فَظَلُّوا فِيهِ يَعْرُجُونَ﴾
[ الحجر: 14]
15:14 And [even] if We opened to them a gate from the heaven and they continued therein to ascend,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThese liars will remain stubborn even if the truth became obvious to them through clear proofs, even if I opened for them a door from the heavens and they continued to ascend through it.

And even if We opened to them a gate from the heaven and they were to continue ascending thereto,

Walaw fatahna AAalayhim baban mina alssamai fathalloo feehi yaAArujoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Even if We opened out to them a gate from heaven, and they were to continue (all day) ascending therein,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And even if We opened to them a gate to the heavens and they were to continue ascending through it (all day long).
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
