﴿بَلِ الْإِنسَانُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَةٌ﴾
[ القيامة: 14]
75:14 Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishInstead, man is a witness against himself as his limbs will testify against him in respect of the sins he committed.

Nay! Man will be a witness against himself [as his body parts (skin, hands, legs, etc.) will speak about his deeds].

Bali alinsanu AAala nafsihi baseeratun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Nay, man will be evidence against himself,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Nay! Man will be well informed about himself,
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
