surah Muminun aya 63 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿بَلْ قُلُوبُهُمْ فِي غَمْرَةٍ مِّنْ هَٰذَا وَلَهُمْ أَعْمَالٌ مِّن دُونِ ذَٰلِكَ هُمْ لَهَا عَامِلُونَ﴾
[ المؤمنون: 63]
23:63 But their hearts are covered with confusion over this, and they have [evil] deeds besides disbelief which they are doing,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishRather, the hearts of the disbelievers are neglectful of this book that contains the truth, and of the book that was revealed to them.
They also commit evil actions other than the disbelief that they are insistent on.

Nay, but their hearts are covered (blind) from understanding this (the Quran), and they have other (evil) deeds, besides, which they are doing.

Bal quloobuhum fee ghamratin min hatha walahum aAAmalun min dooni thalika hum laha AAamiloona

But their hearts are in confused ignorance of this; and there are, besides that, deeds of theirs, which they will (continue) to do,-
