[ المؤمنون: 63]

23:63 But their hearts are covered with confusion over this, and they have [evil] deeds besides disbelief which they are doing,

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Rather, the hearts of the disbelievers are neglectful of this book that contains the truth, and of the book that was revealed to them.
They also commit evil actions other than the disbelief that they are insistent on.

Nay, but their hearts are covered (blind) from understanding this (the Quran), and they have other (evil) deeds, besides, which they are doing.
