surah Shuara aya 151 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَا تُطِيعُوا أَمْرَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 151]
26:151 And do not obey the order of the transgressors,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English“And do not submit to the commands of those who are immoderate on themselves by committing sins.
”

"And follow not the command of Al-Musrifun [i.e. their chiefs, leaders who were polytheists, criminals and sinners],
phonetic Transliteration
Wala tuteeAAoo amra almusrifeena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"And follow not the bidding of those who are extravagant,-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
"And follow not the command of the extravagant,"
