Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim

He is the AL-Alim Who knows all in all; the unseen and the hidden, the spoken words, whispered under the breath or suggested secretly to the mind, and what the breasts store of thoughts and feelings and what they forge. He equally knows the loudly spoken words and all that is being said or openly done, and He is AL-Aziz (the Almighty) and AL-Hakim (the wise)

(64:18) He knows that which is beyond the ken of perception as well as that which can be perceived. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Wise.
