[ فاطر: 19]
35:19 Not equal are the blind and the seeing,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe disbeliever and believer are not the same in status, just as the blind and seeing are not the same.

The blind and the seeing are not alike;
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
