surah Al Fath aya 21 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَأُخْرَىٰ لَمْ تَقْدِرُوا عَلَيْهَا قَدْ أَحَاطَ اللَّهُ بِهَا ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرًا﴾
[ الفتح: 21]
48:21 And [He promises] other [victories] that you were [so far] unable to [realize] which Allah has already encompassed. And ever is Allah, over all things, competent.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd Allah promises you with spoils you have not yet been able to attain.
Allah alone is capable of letting you acquire them; they are part of the plans and knowledge of Allah.
Allah is capable of everything; nothing is outside His ability.

And other (victories and much booty there are, He promises you) which are not yet within your power, indeed Allah compasses them, And Allah is Ever Able to do all things.

Waokhra lam taqdiroo AAalayha qad ahata Allahu biha wakana Allahu AAala kulli shayin qadeeran

And other gains (there are), which are not within your power, but which Allah has compassed: and Allah has power over all things.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And other (victories) which are not yet within your power; indeed Allah encompasses them. And Allah is Ever Able to do all things.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

He -Allah- also gave you a Divine assurance of other future gains which are in the gripping hands of your antagonists whom you have not been able to overpower; Allah has beset them on all sides, and Allah has always been Qadirun (Omnipotent) over all things

*40) Most probably this is a reference to the Conquest of Makkah. The same is the opinion of Qatadah and Ibn Jarir. It seems to mean this: "Though Makkah has not yet fallen to you, Allah has encircled it, and as a result of this victory at Hudaibiyah, it will also fall to you. "
