surah Al Fath aya 23 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ اللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا﴾
[ الفتح: 23]
48:23 [This is] the established way of Allah which has occurred before. And never will you find in the way of Allah any change.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe believers being victorious and consequent defeat of the disbelievers is established in every place and era; it is a divine custom of Allah prevalent in the nations that have passed before these rejectors.
O Messenger! You will not find any change in the divine custom of Allah.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
That has been the Way of Allah already with those who passed away before. And you will not find any change in the Way of Allah.

Sunnata Allahi allatee qad khalat min qablu walan tajida lisunnati Allahi tabdeelan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
(Such has been) the practice (approved) of Allah already in the past: no change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of Allah.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
That has been the way of Allah already with those who passed away before. And you will not find any change in the way of Allah.
