﴿كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾
[ يونس: 33]
10:33 Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishJust as the Lordship of Allah is established, His Decree has also been established; that those who turn away from the truth out of pride will not have faith.

Thus is the word of thy Lord proved true against those who rebel: Verily they will not believe.
