19:34 That is Jesus, the son of Mary - the word of truth about which they are in dispute.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

He who is described with these qualities is Jesus, son of Mary.
And this discussion is the word of truth regarding him, not that which is said by the misguided who doubt and disagree in his affair.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

Such is 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary). (it is) a statement of truth, about which they doubt (or dispute).

Thalika AAeesa ibnu maryama qawla alhaqqi allathee feehi yamtaroona
