surah Naziat aya 34 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَإِذَا جَاءَتِ الطَّامَّةُ الْكُبْرَىٰ﴾
[ النازعات: 34]
79:34 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity -
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSo when the second blowing will come, which will cover everything with its terror, and the judgement will occur.

Faitha jaati alttammatu alkubra

Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
But when there comes the Greatest Catastrophe
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - meaning
*19) This implies the Resurrection for which the words at-Taammat alkubra have been used. Taammah by itself is a grievous calamity which afflicts everybody. Then it has been further qualified by the word kubra (great), which shows that the mere word taammah is not enough to describe fully its intensity and severity.
