surah Zukhruf aya 37 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَصُدُّونَهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ﴾
[ الزخرف: 37]
43:37 And indeed, the devils avert them from the way [of guidance] while they think that they are [rightly] guided
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIndeed, these satan companions who have been set upon those who turn away from the Qur’ān, prevent them from the religion of Allah.
They are unable to fulfil His commands and refrain from things He has not allowed; they think that they are guided to the truth and so they do not repent from their deviance.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And verily, they (Satans / devils) hinder them from the Path (of Allah), but they think that they are guided aright!

Wainnahum layasuddoonahum AAani alssabeeli wayahsaboona annahum muhtadoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Such (evil ones) really hinder them from the Path, but they think that they are being guided aright!
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
