surah Fajr aya 4 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ﴾
[ الفجر: 4]
89:4 And [by] the night when it passes,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd He takes an oath on the night when it arrives, continues and goes away.
The complement of these oaths is: you will definitely be requited for your actions.

Waallayli itha yasri
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And by the Night when it passeth away;-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And by the night when it departs.
