surah Anfal aya 40 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۚ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ﴾
[ الأنفال: 40]
8:40 But if they turn away - then know that Allah is your protector. Excellent is the protector, and Excellent is the helper.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIf they turn away from the order to leave disbelief and preventing others from Allah’s religion, then be certain, O believers, that Allah will help you against them.
What an excellent protector He is for the one He protects, and what an excellent helper He is for the one He helps! Whoever He protects will be successful and whoever He helps will be victorious.

And if they turn away, then know that Allah is your Maula (Patron, Lord, Protector and Supporter, etc.), (what) an Excellent Maula, and (what) an Excellent Helper!

If they refuse, be sure that Allah is your Protector - the best to protect and the best to help.
