﴿أَوْ يُصْبِحَ مَاؤُهَا غَوْرًا فَلَن تَسْتَطِيعَ لَهُ طَلَبًا﴾
[ الكهف: 41]
18:41 Or its water will become sunken [into the earth], so you would never be able to seek it."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishOr its water may sink so deep into the ground that you will never be able to reach it again in any way.
Once the water sinks deep, the garden will not survive.

"Or the water thereof (of the gardens) becomes deep-sunken (underground) so that you will never be able to seek it."
