surah Najm aya 52 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا هُمْ أَظْلَمَ وَأَطْغَىٰ﴾
[ النجم: 52]
53:52 And the people of Noah before. Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe destroyed the people of Noah before the Ad and Thamud.
The people of Noah were more unjust and transgressed even more than the Ad and Thamud, because Noah lived amongst them for nine hundred and fifty years inviting them to Allah’s oneness but they did not respond to him.

And the people of Nuh (Noah) aforetime, verily, they were more unjust and more rebellious and transgressing [in disobeying Allah and His Messenger Nuh (Noah)].

Waqawma noohin min qablu innahum kanoo hum athlama waatgha
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors,

And the people of Nuh aforetime. Verily, they were more unjust and more rebellious and transgressing.

And before them did He blot out of existence the people of Nuh (Noah) who never observed the principles of justice and were most disposed to be obstinately contrary to what is true, and continued to go counter to what is reasonable or required
