﴿فَلَنَقُصَّنَّ عَلَيْهِم بِعِلْمٍ ۖ وَمَا كُنَّا غَائِبِينَ﴾
[ الأعراف: 7]

English - Sahih International

7:7 Then We will surely relate [their deeds] to them with knowledge, and We were not [at all] absent.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Allah will inform everyone about what they did in the world, through His knowledge, because He was always aware of whatever they did.
Nothing is hidden from Him, and He was never, at any point, absent from them.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

Then surely, We shall narrate unto them (their whole story) with knowledge, and indeed We were not absent.

Falanaqussanna AAalayhim biAAilmin wama kunna ghaibeena

And verily, We shall recount their whole story with knowledge, for We were never absent (at any time or place).
