3:82 And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Whoever turns away after this promise witnessed by Allah and His messengers, they are the ones who leave the religion of Allah and His obedience.

Then whoever turns away after this, they are the Fasiqun (rebellious: those who turn away from Allah's Obedience).
