surah Zukhruf aya 84 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ إِلَٰهٌ وَفِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ﴾
[ الزخرف: 84]
43:84 And it is Allah who is [the only] deity in the heaven, and on the earth [the only] deity. And He is the Wise, the Knowing.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe ( may He be glorified ) is the true deity in the heavens and the true deity on earth.
And He is the Wise in His creation, decree and management, and Knower of the conditions of His servants.
None of them are hidden from Him.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
It is He (Allah) Who is the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) in the heaven and the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) on the earth. And He is the All-Wise, the All-Knower.

Wahuwa allathee fee alssamai ilahun wafee alardi ilahun wahuwa alhakeemu alAAaleemu
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
It is He Who is Allah in heaven and Allah on earth; and He is full of Wisdom and Knowledge.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
It is He Who is the only God in the heaven and the only God on the earth. And He is the All-Wise, the All-Knower.

*65) That is, "The gods of the heavens and the earth are not separate, but there is only One God of the entire universe. It is His wisdom that is working in the whole system of the universe and only He has the knowledge of all realities."
