Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and (23:88)

﴿قُلْ مَن بِيَدِهِ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ يُجِيرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ المؤمنون: 88]

23:88 Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?"

Say to them: “Who is the One in whose hand is the realm of everything, with nothing escaping His realm, Who helps whom He wants from His servants, with nobody being able to protect whom He intends bad for so as to remove punishment from Him, if you have any knowledge?”

Say "In Whose Hand is the sovereignty of everything (i.e. treasures of each and everything)? And He protects (all), while against Whom there is no protector, (i.e. if Allah saves anyone none can punish or harm him, and if Allah punishes or harms anyone none can save him), if you know." Qul man biyadihi malakootu kulli shayin wahuwa yujeeru wala yujaru AAalayhi in kuntum taAAlamoona

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know."

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

Say: "In Whose Hand is the sovereignty of everything And He protects, while against Whom there is no protector, if you know"
