surah Hud aya 9 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَئِنْ أَذَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً ثُمَّ نَزَعْنَاهَا مِنْهُ إِنَّهُ لَيَئُوسٌ كَفُورٌ﴾
[ هود: 9]
11:9 And if We give man a taste of mercy from Us and then We withdraw it from him, indeed, he is despairing and ungrateful.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIf I give man a blessing from Me, such as health or wealth, and then I take away that blessing from him, he loses all hope of My mercy and becomes extremely ungrateful for My blessings, which he forgets when they are taken away.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And if We give man a taste of Mercy from Us, and then withdraw it from him, verily! He is despairing, ungrateful.

Walain athaqna alinsana minna rahmatan thumma nazaAAnaha minhu innahu layaoosun kafoorun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
If We give man a taste of Mercy from Ourselves, and then withdraw it from him, behold! he is in despair and (falls into) blasphemy.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And if We give man a taste of mercy from Us, and then withdraw it from him, verily, he is despairing, ungrateful.
