surah Kahf aya 84 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ سَبَبًا﴾
[ الكهف: 84]
18:84 Indeed We established him upon the earth, and We gave him to everything a way.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI gave him position on earth and granted him of everything which is of relevance to his goals, a path by which he can reach his objective.

Verily, We established him in the earth, and We gave him the means of everything.

Inna makkanna lahu fee alardi waataynahu min kulli shayin sababan

Verily We established his power on earth, and We gave him the ways and the means to all ends.
