Surah Araf ayat 123 Tafsir Quran 7:123

﴿قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ آمَنتُم بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَمَكْرٌ مَّكَرْتُمُوهُ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ لِتُخْرِجُوا مِنْهَا أَهْلَهَا ۖ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ﴾
[ الأعراف: 123]

7:123 Said Pharaoh, "You believed in him before I gave you permission. Indeed, this is a conspiracy which you conspired in the city to expel therefrom its people. But you are going to know.

Pharaoh said ‘Have you believed a-āmantum read pronouncing both hamzas and replacing the second one with an alif in him in Moses before I gave you leave? Surely this that you have done is a plot you have plotted in the city that you may expel its people from it. But you shall come to know what I will do to you!

There, Pharaoh said to them: Have you yielded to his claims and surrendered yourselves to his Allah without my permission! Indeed, he added, This is a skilful deceit designed to outwit the inhabitants of the city to drive them out from hence, and in consequence you shall come to know how heavily you shall pay for this

( Pharaoh said: You believe in Him ) you believed in the Lord of Moses and Aaron ( before I give you leave ) before I command you to do so! ( Lo! this is the plot that ye have plotted in the city ) between you and Moses ( that ye may drive its people hence ) by means of guile. ( But ye shall come to know! )

Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "You have believed in him [Musa (Moses)] before I give you permission. Surely, this is a plot which you have plotted in the city to drive out its people, but you shall come to know.
