Surah Qaf ayat 21 Tafsir Quran 50:21

﴿وَجَاءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّعَهَا سَائِقٌ وَشَهِيدٌ﴾
[ ق: 21]

50:21 And every soul will come, with it a driver and a witness.

And thereat every soul will come to the site for the Gathering accompanied by a driver an angel to drive it there and a witness to testify to its deeds namely the hands and the feet and others; and it will be said to the disbeliever

And now comes every soul driven to its destiny by one of the watchful angels, accompanied by a witness to give evidence in relation to matters of fact (be it the other watchful angel or the deeds done)

(50:21) Everyone has come, each attended by one who will drive him on, and another who will bear witness. *25

And every soul will come, with it meaning

*25) Most probably this implies the same two angels who had been appointed for compiling the record of the words and deeds of the person in the world.
On the Day of Resurrection, when every man will rise from his grave on the sounding of the Trumpet, the two angels will come forth immediately and take him into their custody.
One of them will drive him to the Divine Court and the other will be carrying his record.

 

( And every soul cometh, along with it a driver ) leading it to its Lord; this driver is the angel who recorded the evil deeds it had committed ( and a witness ) before its Lord; this is the angels who recorded its good deeds; and it is also said that this witness is man’s works.

And every person will come forth along with an (angel) to drive (him), and an (angel) to bear witness.
