Surah Al Isra ayat 9 Tafsir Quran 17:9

﴿إِنَّ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَهْدِي لِلَّتِي هِيَ أَقْوَمُ وَيُبَشِّرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا كَبِيرًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 9]

17:9 Indeed, this Qur'an guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward.

Truly this Qur’ān guides to that to that way which is straightest most upright and correct and gives tidings to the believers who perform righteous deeds that there is a great reward for them.

This Quran does indeed guide to the best way of moral rightness which has had everlasting residence in the character of the Godhead and to the uprightness of decision. It announces joyful tidings to those who acknowledge Allah with hearts impressed with the image of religious and spiritual virtues and with deeds of wisdom and piety; they shall be recipients of a great reward

Praising the Qur'an Allah praises His noble Book, the Qur'an, which He revealed to His Messenger Muhammad ﷺ.
It directs people to the best and clearest of ways. وَيُبَشِّرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( gives good news to those who believe, ) in it a الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ الصَّـلِحَاتِ ( those who do righteous deeds, ) in accordance with it, telling them أَنَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا كَبِيرًا ( that they will have a great reward, ) i.e., on the Day of Resurrection.
And He tells وأَنَّ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالاٌّخِرَةِ ( those who do not believe in the Hereafter, ) that لَهُمْ عَذَاباً أَلِيماً ( for them is a painful torment, ) i.e.
on the Day of Resurrection.
As Allah says: فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ( ...
then announce to them a painful torment. ) 84:24

( Lo! this Qur’an guideth ) leads ( unto that which is straightest ) unto that which is more correct: the testimony that there is no god except Allah; it is also said that this means: unto that which is more plain, ( and giveth tidings unto the believers ) who are sincere in their faith ( who do good works ) solely between themselves and their Lord ( that theirs will be a great reward ) an abundant reward in Paradise.

Verily, this Quran guides to that which is most just and right and gives glad tidings to the believers (in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger, Muhammad SAW, etc.). who work deeds of righteousness, that they shall have a great reward (Paradise).
