Bal mattaAAtu haola-i waabaahum hatta jaahumu alhaqqu warasoolun mubeen (surah Zukhruf: 29)

﴿بَلْ مَتَّعْتُ هَٰؤُلَاءِ وَآبَاءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ وَرَسُولٌ مُّبِينٌ﴾
[ الزخرف: 29]

bal matta'tu hā`ulā`i wa ābā`ahum ḥattā jā`ahumul-ḥaqqu wa rasụlum mubīn

English translation of the meaning

However, I gave enjoyment to these [people of Makkah] and their fathers until there came to them the truth and a clear Messenger.
