﴿أَيَّامٗا مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوۡ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٖ فَعِدَّةٞ مِّنۡ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَۚ وَعَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُۥ فِدۡيَةٞ طَعَامُ مِسۡكِينٖۖ فَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيۡرٗا فَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّهُۥۚ وَأَن تَصُومُواْ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ ﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 184]
(184) [Fasting for] a limited number of days. So whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] - then an equal number of days [are to be made up]. And upon those who are able [to fast, but with hardship] - a ransom [as substitute] of feeding a poor person [each day]. And whoever volunteers excess - it is better for him. But to fast is best for you, if you only knew.
Surah: Al-Baqarah - Verse: 184  - Juz: 2 - Page: 28
﴿ إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةٖ مُّبَٰرَكَةٍۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ  * فِيهَا يُفۡرَقُ كُلُّ أَمۡرٍ حَكِيمٍ  * أَمۡرٗا مِّنۡ عِندِنَآۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرۡسِلِينَ ﴾ [Ad-Dukhān: 3-5]
(3) Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night. Indeed, We were to warn [mankind].
(4) On that night is made distinct every precise matter -
(5) [Every] matter [proceeding] from Us. Indeed, We were to send [a messenger]
Surah: Ad-Dukhān - Verse: 3-4-5 - Juz: 25 - Page: 496
﴿ إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةِ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ  * وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ  * لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡ أَلۡفِ شَهۡرٖ  * تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ  * سَلَٰمٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطۡلَعِ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ ﴾ [Al-Qadr: 1-5]
(1) Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree.
(2) And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?
(3) The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.
(4) The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
(5) Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.
