﴿إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ﴾

97:1 Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIndeed, I revealed the Qur’ān at once to the heaven nearest to the world, just as I started off revealing it to Muhammad ( peace be upon him ), on the Night of Decree in the month of Ramadan.

Verily! We have sent it (this Quran) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree)

Inna anzalnahu fee laylati alqadri

We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, We have sent it down in the Night of Al-Qadr.
